SB55-ASA1,1381,23 (a) In fiscal year 2001-02, immediately before the transfer under section 20.505 (6) (j) 13. of the statutes to section 20.505 (6) (k) of the statutes, there is transferred from the appropriation account under section 20.505 (6) (k) of the statutes to the appropriation account under section 20.505 (6) (j) of the statutes an amount equal to 85% of the unencumbered balance in the appropriation account under section 20.505 (6) (k) of the statutes on June 30, 2001.

SB55-ASA1,1386,10 (a) Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, on June 30, 2002, there is lapsed to the general fund $773,200 from the appropriation account of the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (6) (gb) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001.

SB55-ASA1,1386,14 (b) Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, on June 30, 2003, there is lapsed to the general fund $125,000 from the appropriation account of the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (6) (gb) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001.

SB55-ASA1,1386,18 (3) Driver improvement surcharge; lapse. Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (a) of the statutes, on June 30, 2002, there is lapsed to the general fund $1,000,000 from the appropriation account of the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (6) (hx) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001.

SB55-ASA1,1386,23 (4) Facility licensing and inspection fees lapse. Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (a) of the statutes, on June 30, 2002, the secretary of administration shall lapse to the general fund $831,200 from the appropriation account of the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (6) (jm) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001.

SB55-ASA1,1386,24 (4z) Lapse of income augmentation receipts.

SB55-ASA1,1387,6 (a) Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, no later than June 30, 2003, the secretary of administration shall lapse to the general fund all amounts from the appropriation account of the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (8) (mb) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001, that were allocated under Section 9123 (8z) of this act, but not expended or encumbered as provided in that subsection.

SB55-ASA1,1387,11 (b) Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, no later than June 30, 2003, the secretary of administration shall lapse to the general fund $3,816,300 from the appropriation account of the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (8) (mb) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001, in addition to any amounts lapsed under paragraph (a).

SB55-ASA1,1387,12 (5mk) Indian gaming receipts transfers.

SB55-ASA1,1387,17 (a) The unencumbered balances in the appropriation accounts under section 20.435 (4) (kb), (5) (ke), and (7) (kg), (kL), (km), and (kn) of the statutes, as affected by this act, immediately before the effective date of this paragraph are transferred to the appropriation account under section 20.505 (8) (hm) of the statutes, as affected by this act.

SB55-ASA1,1387,21 (b) There is transferred from the appropriation to the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (4) (ky) of the statutes to the appropriation to the department of administration under section 20.505 (8) (hm) of the statutes, as affected by this act, immediately before the effective date of this paragraph, $18,300.

SB55-ASA1,1387,25 (5q) Primary health care program; lapse. Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, on June 30, 2002, there is lapsed to the general fund $100,000 from the appropriation account of the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (4) (gp) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001.

SB55-ASA1,1388,12 (5zk) Federal reimbursement of targeted case management costs; lapse; use of remaining moneys. Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, the secretary of administration shall lapse to the general fund, from the appropriation account under section 20.435 (8) (mb) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001, $2,629,500 in fiscal year 2001-02 and $2,979,100 in fiscal year 2002-03 in moneys received under 42 USC 1396 to 1396v in reimbursement of the cost of providing targeted case management services to children whose care is not eligible for reimbursement under 42 USC 670 to 679a. If after those lapses any of those moneys received under 42 USC 1396 to 1396v remain in that appropriation account, those remaining moneys shall be used to support the counties' share of implementing the statewide automated child welfare information system established by the department of health and family services under section 46.03 (7) (g) of the statutes.

SB55-ASA1,1390,4 (2) Transfer of gaming revenues to the conservation fund. There is transferred from the appropriation account to the department of administration under section 20.505 (8) (hm) of the statutes to the conservation fund, $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2001-02 and $718,000 in fiscal year 2002-03.

SB55-ASA1,1390,7 (3k) Transfer to endangered resources program. There is transferred $15,000 from the fish and wildlife account of the conservation fund to the appropriation account under section 20.370 (1) (fs) of the statutes.

The secretary of administration shall lapse to the general fund, from the appropriation accounts to the public defender board under sections 20.550 (1) (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of the statutes, a total of $550,000 on June 30, 2002, and a total of $550,000 on June 30, 2003. The public defender board shall determine how the total lapse amount for each year is apportioned amongst the individual general purpose revenue appropriation accounts.
